Beauty recipes with pumpkin: Hydrating mask

Pumpkin's nutrients can help to add moisture to your skin and make it soft and supple. The following mask has variations depending on your skin type.



3 tablespoons of pumpkin. You may use canned or cooked natural pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon of jojoba (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of milk if you have normal or oily skin, or buttermilk if you dry skin.
If you have dry skin and do not breakout you may add a few drops of evening primrose oil (you can open a capsule)


Mix all the ingredients 
1- Clean your face using your usual facial cleanser.

3- Leave it on for about 15 minutes. If you can just relax during this time. 

4- Clean skin with lukewarm water 

5- If you have rose water on hand you may spray it on the face or put it on using cotton.

6- If you need apply your normal moisturizer
