Aromatherapy Bath
--

-
Aromatherapy baths are great to relax or uplift our senses. They also have therapeutic uses such as relaxing the muscles after a tiring
workout.

The effects of the bath depends on the essentials oils used.
You can purchase a synergistic mix of essential oils or make your own.
-

   Ingredients:

Every essential oil has its own sets of properties creating different effects on your body and mind. Lavender is one of the most used oils in the world. It is a classic fragrance with a relaxing effect. Citric aromas purify and uplift. Roses, jasmine and ylang ylang are considered aphrodisiacs.

Many brands sell oils ready to use and our favorites are David Gates, Essensa, Aromatherapy Associates, and Jurlique. But you can also make your own. If you are new to aromatherapy you may buy a safe fragrance such as lavender or rose

From relaxing to aphrodisiacs and detoxifying to hydrating; you can pick essential oils to do literally anything you want. You may use pure essential oils, a ready to use oil (mixture of essential oil and carrier oils), bubbles (bath gel or bubble bath) containing essential oils or salts with essential oils.

     Some of our recipes:

Relaxing aromatherapy mix
5 drops of lavender essential oil
3 drops of chamomile essential oil
5 drops of lemon oil

Aphrodisiac aromatherapy mix
5 drops sandalwood
5 drops lavender
5 drops rose

Make sure you put oils in water and they get dispersed. Try to close all windows and door to retain the aroma in the room.
