Recovering after breast lift surgery
After the surgery you may experience bruising, swelling, discomfort, numbness and dry breast skin in the days following the surgery.

The first weeks after the breast lift surgery the scars will look pink and larger than they will eventually be. The doctor will give medication for the pain. The pain is not severe.
If there is severe pain you should contact the doctor.
After the surgery you will wear a surgical bra or bandages. The doctor will review the result a few days after and remove the bandages. After this you may wear a special support bra for a few weeks.
The skin tends to become dry after the breast lift surgery and the doctor will recommend a moisturizer for this.
Risks
All surgeries have risks. Besides the regular plastic surgery risks in breast
lift surgery, some of the other risks are:
Visible scars.
Infection.
Bleeding
Unevenly positioned nipples.
Permanent loss of feeling in nipples or breast.
