Workouts of the rich and famous--




They have gorgeous bodies and amazing clothes. But if you think that they can buy the bodies that they have, you are not right. 

Most celebrities have to work hard for their bodies. Since they make their living from how they look, taking care of their bodies is part of their daily routine, no matter how tired they are or how lazy they might feel. Here is a list of some of their activities to keep fit, firm and toned, and of course, really skinny.

Jennifer Lopez: Her fitness routine has changed many times, but what has not changed is her discipline and healthy eating habits. J Lo does not smoke nor drink. She also eats a lot of protein, and as we said above, eats everything in moderation. Lately she has said that she practices yoga.           


Jessica Alba. Jessica has struggled in her life with body image problems, but since a few years ago, she has made peace with her body. She eats very healthy, and believe it or not, she cooks herself. She also practices kickboxing to burn calories and stay fit.

Jennifer Anniston and Courtney Cox practice Budokon. Budokon mixes yoga and martial arts. Jennifer Anniston also reportedly follows The Zone diet.

Madonna. The material Kabbalah girl has undergone many personality transformations and so has her workout routine. For many years she became almost a bodybuilder but she told Oprah later that after her first baby was born, her body did not feel like lifting heavy weights and now she practices Ashtanga Yoga. 

Jessica Simpson got a bigger butt after she acted in The Dukes of Hazzard but only after a lot of sweat. She follows a routine of cardio and strength training and works out harder than most people can imagine. 

Claudia Schiffer does Pilates.

Heidi Klum got her figure back after her last baby with a strict program of cardio and strength training. In no time she was on the runaway modeling Victoria's Secret Lingerie

Thalia Sodi. This gorgeous Mexican singer and actor has always been into sports. She is very thin and has an incredibly thin waist. In Mexico, there are even rumors that she had a rib removed to get that slim waist. But most probably it is her exercise routine and not any kind of surgery. Thalia also does yoga and indoor wall climbing. 

Gwyneth Paltrow practices yoga three to four times a week. 

Sisi. The Cuban singer and model with a breath taking body does kickboxing. 

Oprah Winfrey. Oprah has a very strict diet and exercise program and she follows it religiously - Strength training 6 days a week, cardio 6 days a week, Pilates, and on Sundays she does an outdoor activity.
