These positions or bad habits can contribute to wrinkles and varicose veins. These are some of them:

Sleeping on the stomach
Stomach sleeping is terrible for the bust and face. Contributes to the formation of wrinkles on the face. The best sleeping position is to sleep on the back. The positions of the side also put pressure on the face.

Crossing your legs
By crossing the legs we put too much pressure on some veins contributing to the development of varicose veins and some fitness instructors believe that also causes imbalances.

Holding the face with her hands

Poor posture
