Why to eat avocados?
Because they are healthy, versatile and most people like them. It is said that avocado comes from the Aztec word "ahacualt," which means tree of testicles. There are more than 500 varieties of avocados out there and literally all of them taste good.

Avocados have healthy fats, one of them being oleic acid. These fats, according to several studies, contain anti-inflammation agents. The fat in avocados is the type that helps to lower the levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides. This fat helps the skin look good. The fat in avocados also helps to absorb other nutrients such as lutein.

One avocado has about 15% of the total fats a person should consume in one day, so moderation is important. A regular avocado portion should be 1/4 of avocado per person.

Avocados have vitamin E, B including folic acid, C, K potassium and in total 25 vitamins and minerals.

This nutritious content makes avocado a better choice than other creamy substances such as mayonnaise in sandwiches or more dressing in salads.

Avocado beauty recipes
Avocado paste can be used as a face mask. It is a hydrating mask for all skin types, but especially good for dry or mature skin. You can also mix avocado and egg.

Avocado deep conditioner
You can mix avocado with oil and make a paste. To apply, clean hair, wrap hair with plastic (cap or plastic bag) and leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse. You may need to use shampoo again to eliminate it and do use your regular conditioner. It leaves the hair soft.

Avocado oil
It can be used in salads, but it is widely used in the cosmetic industry. In homemade cosmetics it can be used diluted with other oils as a massage or body oil. It can be applied to the hair instead of the avocado pulp and directly applied to cuticle and rough areas on the skin. It can also be used on salads.

Guacamole recipe
If you want awesome guacamole, use only avocados, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro finely chopped, a little bit of jalapeño chilies and salt. Do not use lime or lemon juice and mayonnaise. First put the chilies and cilantro in a mortar and pestle and pound it to release the essential oils, then add the avocado (cut big chunks of avocado) and tomatoes, press everything to desired consistency and add salt to taste.
