The raw foods diet 3: Dos and don'ts of the raw diets-

1- Food should not be exposed to more than 120 F. Some followers even say that it should not exceed 100 F.   Continues below

2- Preferably, only fresh, organic produce should be used.

3- Preferably only filtered, purified or distilled water should be used

4- Only raw foods. This excludes pasteurized foods, blanched vegetables or nuts and all processes that expose foods to temperatures above 100 or 120 F. The food label has to say "raw."
 

5- In the raw food diet, literally all food additives are avoided. Careful label reading is recommended.     

6- No processed foods are consumed, but some people use supplements, such as spirullina. 

What do people eat on a raw diet?
Do not think they eat only salads. People eating raw foods have created such delicious recipes that many people are unable to even figure out that these dishes are "not cooked."  Depending on the type of diet they follow, vegan, vegetarian with milk and eggs or non-vegetarian they can eat:

Nuts and seeds
Fresh produce fruits and veggies 
Cold press oils
Beans and cereals in raw form
Coconut and baby coconut water
Seaweeds
Fresh juices 
Dried and sun-dried fruits without additives 
Celtic salts or non-heated sea salts 
Spices and herbs 
Bean and seed sprouts
Milk from nuts.
