I recently discovered Sugarpill makeup.  I love the bright colors and the quirky, cute makeup in the marketing materials.

This small makeup line offers products to create a playful makeup “Japanese Lolita” style. I imagine is the type of makeup that Katy Perry will wear.  Check the pics
