She has caught the attention of many people, including us. Gillian is
over 50, and a very attractive woman. In a recent interview, Gillian shared some of her "beauty
secrets."
Gillian Taylforth is not the result of cosmetic surgery. On the other hand, she
has said that she believes in the power of the facial. In an interview, with Sun magazine she
has
other tips for looking young forever.
Gillian's diet
For breakfast, she keeps it simple - Yogurt plus fruits and seeds
(pumpkin/sesame seeds - a great source of omega-3 fatty acids). Lunch is some
more fruits and salad. Dinner is her big meal with chicken/pork along with more
fruits and veggies (she does not believe in bread, it seems).
What else does she do to look young?
1- Keep the system clean by drinking a lot of
water.
2- Eat only when you are hungry.
3- Eat balanced meals.
4- Treat yourself once in a while.

says, "I don't follow a strict diet but I do watch what I eat - I love fruits and vegetables!"
